I am so happy with Claire because she found me the right apartment near the University. I hope to live with Squarefoot for 1 year while i do my studies at Bradford University. Everything is fine now and we will move in very soon. Thank you so much to Squarefoot.

Recently did a reviewing with Squarefoot apartment and the team is very friendly, accommodating and making sure I’m getting what I wanted and budgeted for. Definitely worth the agent fee you are paying as they’re doing as best as they can to make sure their tenants are being taken care of.

Squarefoot have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. As a landlord I have always advertised and managed my apartment myself I was reluctant to use an estate agent. Squarefoot managed everything for me, not only did they manage everything professionally, they managed to increase the amount of rent I received for my apartment due to the additional value they offered the tenant. They communicated with me at every stage and ensured all legal obligations as a landlord we’re fulfilled. Squarefoot break the stereotypes of estate agents and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Recently I viewed a few Propeties with yourselves. Unfortunately the first two weren’t suitable for my needs. However, when Chris showed me around another it was perfect for what I wanted. Unfortunately by the time I’d decided someone else had taken it. I felt the service I received was great and although I missed out I will be back to search for my next flat. As a Tenant – my experience is that these guys are really great at what they do. As someone new to Bradford I really did not know the areas and availability – and the coverage these guys have suit from lowest cost for student accommodation up to higher level professional flats. They had a range of flats on offer – and happy to show you round a few without any real grief – they’ve got nifty branded cars to nip out to flats really quick. They have got the documentation and process down to a tee – it’s all controlled – properly documented and process formally followed. Claire and Magdalena were both great – especially Claire – initially required to stay for three months only – which they sorted easily – but have now stayed almost three years – with easy extensions each time. If you need to get a flat in Bradford – these folk are the bees knees – especially Claire!
